This hotel development, nestling between Birmingham International Airport and the M6/M42 interchange, features an Aereco ventilation system comprising of EHA acoustic air inlets, BXS exhaust units with infra-red presence detection (now super-ceded by the BXC range), and VEC constant pressure fans installed at roof level. Guests can enjoy a restful night’s sleep aided by silent exhaust ventilation provided by the collective fan unit, and the impressive noise attenuation capabilities (up to 42dB) of the acoustic air inlet fitted to each bedroom window casement.

This building has been made of modules prepared by Vision Modular Structures in Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork.
